SHIPPING
Shipping charges are inclusive on all orders above ₹4,000. Orders below ₹4000 will be charged ₹100.
From the time of shipping your order will reach you within 10 days unless in cases of unforeseen events.
International shipping may subject to case.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Most of our products are eligible for return and refund for domestic orders. There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

within 7 days of delivery to request a return and refund.
Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for return.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering. Please email us at info@dharaa.co to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.
**Dhāraa reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
